This is not the first time a serious bug has been discovered in iOS.
The quality of Apple’s IOS software is being questioned again this week after the discovery of a five-second video that forces the iPhone to crack. Reddit users discovered the error yesterday, and every iPhone user just has to click on an MP4 file and experience the problem.
The Verge has tested the bug on many iPhones running the latest IOS 10.1 and beta copies of IOS 10.2. All test phones were locked shortly after the video was played.

This is not the first time a serious bug has been discovered in iOS. Last year, a text string disabled the iMessage application on the iPhone, and the company addressed the issue with iOS 8.4. Earlier this year, Safari started shutting down randomly on iPhones because of a software problem that was quickly solved.
